We're a law firm, so all initial good faith requests for advice or consultations are treated as privileged attorney-client communications. Legal advice and work product is always privileged as such.

Clients requesting business advice if a court decides your information is not privileged, it will only be released after presentation of a valid court order. Any such order will be presented with all conceivable objections and resistance as firm policy. 

We don't sell, give away, or release your information, and of it, to anyone, unless it's necessary to accomplish your goals.

When our business dealings are done, your files will only be maintained as is necessary for insurance and/or legal reasons, all other records will be either shredded or returned at your preference.
